day 6 - 23 november - tuesday - nong ping primary
went to the swedish bakery, like the first day for breakfast. did the number cards for the games in the tuk tuk. cards kept flying everywhere!!!! haha! windy ride! :) teambuilding first. p4s. played spoon and egg and taught cheers. played dog and bone but was not there. did interviews. Angel did interview at the gate, Marianna and Sharmila outside the classroom. Ebigail at the gardening. when Ebigail was doing her interview, this frog appeared and people behind her was screaming! including ms shivani who jumped back 3 times and hit into mr poon, who continued to walk normally after that! haha! and Ebigail could talk normally! wow! had new group for team building games. all girls. great! :)at least have an idea of how being in a mix school feels like. was supposed to help p4 english after lunch but didn'\t cos of filming. lunch is rice with vege or egg or chicken. like normal catered food here. nothing much. briefing was funny!!!!! didn't call back.

day 7 - 24 november - wednesday - nong ping primary
bread with jam and butter again. okay, didn't eat the butter. was so tired! late again cos of ayilisha's watch. a few minutes. wacko and animal charats for p5 team building. lunch.... slept...zzzzzz haha! was that tired. slept on the table okay! woke up with left leg numb and then pain! not a good idea to sleep there. planting. :) did digging\, then filming, then digging. didn''t put the plants properly. the green ones were okay, but the purple ones, after taking them \out of the bag\, the soil just broke, so could not plant properly. so sad... became uneven planting on one side. one p3 girl came and gave me a flower! hibiscus i think. so sweet! yay! g\uess what, 10 years old and we can drive a motor bike there! 18 and we can drive a car! somehow, when i think or talk about some laos words, i think of jap. why??? haiz.. kept thinking then watching then spacing out. idk why!

day 8 - 25 november - thursday - nong ping primary and farewell
last day at nong ping. swedish bakery again! :) instead of noodles. went there and saw a performance by some of the girls. laos cultural dance i think. very nice. thought they were rehersing but it was for us! haha! p5 team building. spoon and egg and hand entanglement. cheers! gave out prizes for the p5. lunch. went to practice the laos dance. then practised Angel's farewell speech. suddenly, the principal, vice principal and a teacher came to give us friendship bands! so didn't finish practising. got 5 more from 5 girls, altogether 8 in all! :) thanks! went to get sweets for buddies throughout the visit there. zambawan gave me a sweet in return! and some other girl gave me a heart! gathered everyone in a circle. this p5 girl, i can't pronounce or spell her name, pulled me to her p5 class and asked me to sit down! haha! so sweet! but had to go to the p4 class to be with team building so had to leave. :( closest buddy there is that girl!!! <3 so we had our performance for them. took our bags and left. so many people cried!!! so sad. waved to buddies!!! hugged a lot of them. haiz.... never managed to click with small kids before this. break from 3.30 to 5. long break! practised. sang songs like baby, love story, i'm yours and others, including national day songs. sang along to Angel's guitar. haha! leaving laos soon! will miss laos alot!
Angel came over at night to help with math homework, after our debrief. suddenly ms shivani knocked and we thought it was room checking. but she just wanted to use our toilet cos her room toilet, well, was clogged again! ms vino and ms shivani came for real room checking. opened the door a bit only. they said that they could not stay to talk cos too late and tired. Angel hid behind the door whilst i was talking. then Ayilisha appeared. if not for Ayilisha asking the teachers 'what about her' and pointed to Angel behind the door, the teachers won't even know Angel was there. haha! they didn't suspect any one else was in the room! finished most of the math homework. followed Angel back and her room mates were asleep and the door was locked. banged and banged till they woke up to let her in. thanks a lot for your help!!!!
