EFL at pulau ubin day 2
woke up at 6 something. well, woke up 3 times during the night. turned right and left, but not much space. 7 people in a tent! very squeezy. when woke up, everyone else was awake already. and were talking or sitting up. i think was the last to wake up in the morning! the rest left for the toilet. left chloe and i in the tent. laid down again. then someone can to flash torches into the tents to wake everyone up. first question ' why only two of you in the tent?' then edwin came and said, oh yeah, the rest asked to go toilet. cherlene came and asked the same question! finally the rest came back and we packed up! got our tent folded and all. was a bit slow. helped the rest. and then we had a long trek back to the campsite. talked and laughed. we walked as a big group.

went to the conference hall and waited and waited. then had time to brush teeth and change. no water in the chalet! so went to the sink outside to brush teeth. breakfast was good! played two games in the field. blow wing blow, and then captain something. the captain one... lasted to the end, when we just walked off cos it was a bit too long. then went to the beach to play the water game. caterpillar. we all sat in a straight line in our groups, then had to push together to get to the water. the front people got splashed, the back didn't. and then they complained. got really wet! had time to change and had lunch. water didn't work halfway and alicia got stuck inside with soap! used water bottles to help her. so didn't bath! had amazing race after that! we went round the campsite to do various stuff. group activities. had to throw golf balls into a hole, solve sudoku, pass bukets of water to fill a bigger bucket, did hands entaglement,carry cherlene on a bench, walk on two planks with 5 people, use a rope to lift a bucket with a ball inside to out of the circle and to sing some songs. all in sequence. took quite a while. had campfire prep. then wash up. some could bath first, some ate first. ate first. alicia got stuck in the toilet again! used bottles again! haha! OMG! and we went to the conference room to assemble after that.

did the night walk! had debrief. was the first class to do it. walked with jiayi. first pair. we went out of the campsite and mr francis followed us! he asked how to know where to go. we said to follow the green things. and we left him behind. we walked, jumped, skipped, laughed, talked! then reached some place with a bright white light. shannon was there. he flashed the torch twice at us. then asked if he was shannon. he said hi charmaine. hahahaha! so we continued and slowed down a bit. finally reached a big Y point. went to the left cos of another white light. we asked if they were instructors. and they said yes, come and join us. we were like, must continue on! then they said its the end point. we were like 'so fast!!!!' haha! it was nice and peaceful. and it was a straight road. at night, the forest seems to come alive, but it was a great experience. so sat there and talked for a while. then janice and xiulin came. they just walked pass us when we said hi. and walked faster! thye thought we were strangers so didn't stop. karthika came with elspeth and then chloe and sabrina behind. they ran! after a few more groups came, we walked further! sat there and waited for the rest. every time a group came, we tried to scare them! our class finally finished. and waited for the other classes. don't think3a was affected. but could hear screaming in the distance! the teachers were scaring the girls. according to them, some teachers lay on the floor and scared them, or hid in the bushes to scare them! haha! and we scared them at the end too! some people said' are they humans?' haha! sat there for a long time for everyone to come. talked a bit and then slept. woke up, walked back. then bathed. and in the room, 5 of us talked, played, ate! before sleeping at 12. got water and electricity already! tried to take a video but suddenly janice off the lights. so cannot.

slept on the floor, sleeping bag. wanted to, not forced to. and they wanted to give me the pillow! but didn't want, so put it in the cupboard.
