grandma's birthday was great! in the morning, went for tuition first then went to grandma's house for lunch. met a lot of relatives and grandma's friends there. talked to my cousin the went to grandma's room to play with cousin and read. then went home to study and rest. at night went to raffles hotel's fairmount hotel for grandma's birthday dinner. the food was great! but a little too much! 8 courses, i didn't eat all of them. skipped the spicy dish, the potato dish. these were the second and third last dish. ate a bit of the noodles(last dish). then stilll had desert. could not eat much already. then the cake came. we had a room to ourselves, with 3 tables, 26 people. so a movable table was pushed into the room with the cake on top(it was tiramisu cake-grandma's fave). sang the birthday song, then ate cake. the best part of the whole dinner is that i could have unlimited amount of soft drink! cos the booking came with unlimited supply of soft drink for all. i think i had like 5 and a half cups... after eating the cake, we went home.......

my cousin and i were laughing at the sign outside when we came in. it said something like 'time-7pm to 11pm' so that means that we could have stayed there till 11pm. but we left around 10. stilll, we spent 3 hours in the room!!! just eating and chatting!!!! OMG!
