day 1 picsday 1, wednesday, 11 march, 2009
assembled in the foyer at 7. met our instructers. SHANNON AND SUZANNE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! went onto the bus, passed the checkpoint, took some pics, sang, cheered, learned new songs and cheers, reached the campsite. saw the bridge! walked across, it was okay.... not that scary. then had lunch and changed into our wet clothes. went for river rafting first. build our raft and it was the only one that did not break apart in the water. we won the challenge! and poor daddy had to roll in the mud. then did indianna jones. we had to cross platforms and use planks to cross them. and the platforms could move which made things all the more difficult. i didn't fall in! yay! then went to play in the mud. then had jetty jump! we just jumped into the water. then went to bath and ate dinner. had debrief and got out phones back to call parents. then slept.

day 2, thursday, 12 march, 2009

woke up and changed, ate breakfast and wore track pants. today went trekking. the trek through the forest was not that tough. but the other classes were cheering while we weren't really. i broke a few stufff! haha. and was trekking between karthika and janice. then reached our first checkpoint, had a break. then walked towards the back of the group. nothing much happened here. reached our second checkpoint. the plantation. it was great! but nat and elsperth went back. then had to climb down this sandy slope. at the bottom, was a muddy, wet part. our shoes sunk into it when we walked. some shoes got stuck inside. then had to climb up this small slope. it was okay with the help of instructers. had to slide down a small slope, travel in the water then up another one. thanks to DADDY AND MUMMY who helped to pull me up! reached our last checkpoint. had outdoor cooking. mummy lighted the fire for us! ate nyoodles with hotdogs and baked beans. then went to the village. group 8 followed daddy! daddy helped us to wash our shoes! thank you soo much! did 2 bookmarks. then bused back to the campsite. bathed then ate dinner. had debrief and called home before sleeping. it rained a bit so we took the bus back to the campsite.

day 3, friday, 13 march, 2009

woke up not too late. ate then went for activities. we stayed at the campsite today. played dodgeball. got hit a lot of times? but also caught quite a few balls. saved daddy from 2 of the balls. then played this hola hoop game. we had to stand in a circle and the hoop must pass through all of us, completing one round. we had to do it fast to keep the timing. our fastest for 23 people was 2 minutes and about 3 seconds? fast right? had lunch. then it rained heavily. so could not play any games any more. then interviewed daddy and mummy! practised our campfire stuff. finally got it right. then we played would you rather with daddy and mummy. the result was kind of sad..... like one sided? then some started to cry..... the rest went to bath. guess what? i cried in the toilet! haha! ate an early dinner then daddy took us somewhere to talk to us about something. headed for the campfire pit after that. sat down, sang a few songs, then the performance begin. we performed okay....... i LOVE OUR PERFORMANCE! then it was getting late so there was a last video screened which caused me to cry again.... and then campfire ended. daddy and mummy took us to the canteen and then back to the campfire pit to talk. it was so sad! it again ended in me crying. so i cried 3 times! and then before we left, hugged mummy! can't touch daddy! haha. and daddy said that when we leave the campsite, they don't want to see us cry. its so sad. they mentioned a lot of things to us....... thank you. so soon, i went to bed. my last night in kota tinggi.

day 4, saturday, 14 march, 2009

woke up feeling sad. ate our breafast, last meal in kota tinggi. then did our last activity. we had to write a letter to a classmate. we got a piece of paper. with a classmate's name on it. then had to write to that person. i wrote to denise. hope you like the note. and i got mine from candice. thanks a lot!!!!!! had to do 2 surveys. then did area cleaning. my group did washing toilet. it was okay...... i just went round giving out brown paper. and daddy, hope that you will get better soon.
